Description
- From Supplier to Trusted Brand: Siekon, a well-established supplier of electric vehicle battery components operates a factory spanning over 12000 ㎡ and holds more than 70 patented technologies. The company has now introduced its sub-brand -- Siekon Energy, specializing in LiFePO4 batteries and energy storage solutions. Siekon Energy possesses a mature industrial chain for manufacturing from cell sorting and component assembly to battery testing and transportation, ensuring uncompromising quality at every stage.
- Longer Lifetime: Unlike lead-acid batteries that typically last for only 300-400 cycles, our lithium-iron batteries are manufactured with grade-A lithium iron phosphate cells offering higher energy density, more stable performance, and greater power output. They can reach up to 5000 cycles at 100% DOD while maintaining an impressive capacity retention of 80% after 5000 cycles.
- Lighter Weight & Compact Size: The Siekon 100Ah LiFePO4 12 Volt Battery is 64% lighter and 10% smaller than a Lead-Acid battery. This makes it more convenient to carry, with various mounting options, its compact size also facilitates easier placement and connection. The lifepo4 battery also eliminates the risk of leakage, and no maintenance is needed, for increased stability and safety.
- Next-Gen BMS Upgrade: Our Siekon Energy's 100Ah LiFePO4 12 Volt Battery comes equipped with an upgraded BMS featuring pulse equalization as well as low-temp protection at 0℃(32℉). It also effectively prevents overcharging, over-discharging excessive current flow, or short circuits to ensure safe use and stable performance.
- Wide Applications: Siekon Energy's 100Ah LiFePO4 lithium 12 Volt battery finds applications in RVs, Caravans, Marine, Golf Carts, Trolling motors, Tool trailers, Backup power supplies, Solar Power Systems, Off-Grid, etc., supporting up to four series connections and four parallel connections reaching up to an impressive capacity of 20.48KWh (51.2V 400Ah).
- Exceptional Service: Siekon offers precise battery instructions and Q&A through a responsive and professional customer support hotline and email address. For any product-related issues or questions, please feel free to contact us.

2024.01- 2024.03
The actual capacity of these cells is slightly larger than the rated capacity of 100Ah.
We use JBD‘s BMS.
The BMS positive terminal uses a 4 AWG cable, and the negative terminal uses two 7 AWG cables, all of which are UL certified.
Yes, the battery will automatically cut off the current when the temperature is below -5 to 0 degrees Celsius
The battery can be restarted once the temperature has recovered to above 3℃.
The battery can be restarted when the temperature recovers to within 50 ℃.
Recommended charging rate: 0.2C (20A), which effectively ensures the battery's lifespan; Maximum continuous charging rate: 1C (100A), which can quickly charge the battery (approximately 1 hour).
The internal structure of the battery is safe. The battery cells are placed sideways without blocking the explosion-proof valve. Laser welding is used for the battery cell terminals for a more secure connection. Foam is placed around cells to facilitate secure fixation and prevent impacts. There is 1mm foam between each cell to prevent expansion and compression, and an insulation board is installed between the battery cells and the BMS to protect the BMS from interference or short circuits.
This battery supports 2 to 4 series connections (up to 4*4 series-parallel connections, with series-parallel operations performed when fully charged).
This battery cannot be used as an engine starting battery for automobiles. That's due to the limitation of using it in a low-temperature environment and the fact that the discharge current may not meet the CCA standard for starter batteries.
It doesn't require a special battery charger. For better-charging results, here are some suggestions:
The recommended charge current is 20A
The recommended charge voltage is 14V
The recommended max charge voltage is 14.6V
