Mainly composed of battery cells, BMS, shell, etc.
What material is the casing of the product made of?
Product shell is made of ABS. It is a resin with good comprehensive properties, with high impact strength and surface hardness.
What manufacture produces the cells used in this battery?
The brands of battery cells used in different batches of products may be inconsistent. We can check according to the product serial number. We guarantee that the cells are all from the top ten manufacturers in China.
What grade cells does this battery use?
We only use Grade-A battery cells.
How many cells are there in a battery?
12V100Ah: 3.2V100Ah cells *4
12V200Ah: 3.2V200Ah cells *4 or 3.2V100Ah cells *8 (different batches of products may be inconsistent)
Does this battery have a built in battery management system (BMS)?
Yes, all of our batteries have built-in BMS.
What is the function of BMS?
Ensure the safety, availability and stability of the battery.
Including charge and discharge control, balancing function, over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, temperature protection, etc.
How much current does BMS support?
Maximum continuous charge and discharge current: 100A.
What is battery capacity?
Capacity refers to the amount of electric charge a battery can store, typically measured in ampere-hours (Ah). It indicates how long a battery can supply power before needing to be recharged.

Yes, every battery produced will undergo rigorous capacity testing to ensure that the product has excellent performance.

How long do this battery last in storage?
The maximum storage period at room temperature is six months.DS
How do I store this battery?
The battery product should be stored in a dry and cool environment. Keep the soc of the battery at 40% to 60%. We recommend checking the battery voltage every month.
How to clean this battery?
If necessary, clean the battery with a soft, dry cloth. Never use liquids, solvents, or abrasives to clean the battery.
