Return & Refund Policy
14 Days DOA Product Guarantee
If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different, or not working, you will be protected by this Guarantee. Please contact us for DOA Return Authorization within 14 days of the package being received. After verifying the problem, we will arrange for a return shipment of the defective unit. Once the returned unit has been received and inspected, we will ship out a replacement(part) within 3 business days. To activate the guarantee, products must be returned in their original packaging. Returns without original packaging will be refused, and we will not afford such shipping costs.
30 Days No Reason Return
Standard in-stock merchandise purchased through Siekon Energy may be returned within 30 days of the receipt of the product. You will receive a refund or credit towards your account, provided the merchandise is returned in the original packaging in new and resalable condition with the original blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. For returns that are not caused by quality problems or delivery problems, you need to afford the shipping costs for all returns.
Please note that we will not accept returns with personalized and modified products as it voids our warranty policy. Any personalized and modified products and returns without original packaging will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
How to make a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at support-online@siekonenergy.com with your invoice or the following information:
1. Order number
2. Proof of purchase
3. Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
4. Mailing address
5. Contact number
Please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:
1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and product model.
2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
3. Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Siekon Energy will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons:
carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or any extra products you did not order. For all other reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. Siekon Energy requires at least 1-2 business days to inspect your returned item before issuing a refund.
