Warranty Policy

Warranty Period

Siekon Energy warrants that the product will be free from defect in workmanship and material to the original consumer purchaser. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. Please read the product manual carefully before installing and using the product and use the battery correctly under the instructions of the manual.

 

For our LiFePO4 battery, the warranty period is 2 years.

For the product of home energy storage battery, within 5 years we promise 80% DOD of the cells after 6000 times deep cycles at 0.5C, and provide maintenance services for product quality issues for second 5 years.

For the product of inverters, 2 years warranty for the off-grid inverter, and 5 years warranty for on&off grid inverter.

Warranty Statement

Any defects in material, workmanship of your product will be covered after you provide any valid proof of purchase and information including but not limited to: A purchased order number made through Siekon Energy official stores. Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel. Note: The limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty will be invalid on the items once they are taken or shipped to other countries.

 

Exclusions of Warranty

1. Misused, abused, damaged by accident or damaged due to force majeure (e.g. lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.);
2. Unauthorized modification, repair, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals; 
3. Purchased from unauthorized resellers; 
4. Use for special application other than normal consumer use; 
5. Lost, stolen or full refunded product; 
6. Any defect or damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes; 
7. Invalid proof of purchase; 
8. Warranty period expired 
9. The battery model on the warranty certificate does not match the actual item; 
10. Unauthorized alteration on the warranty certificate;
11. Product wear and tear through the usage of time.

Claim Process

To start a warranty, you can contact us at support-online@siekonenergy.com with your invoice or the following information:
A purchased order number made through Siekon energy
Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel
Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
Mailing address
Contact telephone number
Please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:
1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and product model.
2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
3. Provide the item code indicated on the outer packaging.
4. Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting. 

 

We'll assist to analyze consumer's problem within 24 hours, and help solve prob em, restore battery usage, and introduce the optimal use method. If our product fails to work normally, the consumer assists us in completing all the battery testing, and both parties confirm that the product does have quality problems, we'll send new battery replacement to the defective battery needs to be returned to our US warehouse by the pre-paid label we prepared and will be checked and tested by our technical team.
